2. Products & Specifications

Technical Tolerance: Garg Threads manufactures industrial-grade fibers. While we strive for perfection, all technical specifications (tensile strength, elongation, denier) are subject to standard industry tolerances of ±5%.

Color Matching: We utilize digital spectrophotometers for color matching. However, actual thread colors may vary slightly from the digital representations seen on your screen due to monitor calibration. We strongly recommend requesting physical shade cards before placing bulk orders.

3. Ordering & Logistics

Bulk Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance by Garg Threads. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Shipping: We dispatch goods from our facility in Tronica City, Ghaziabad. Delivery timelines provided are estimates. Garg Threads is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, force majeure, or customs clearance for international shipments.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to the "Garg Threads" logo, the "Series GT" product names, text, graphics, and code, is the property of Garg Threads Pvt Ltd.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Garg Threads or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Garg Threads' website, even if Garg Threads or a Garg Threads authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
